House Rules

No Smoking

Smoking of any kind, including sheesha, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere near doors, windows, or outdoor living spaces. Please respect this rule to avoid penalties which will be deducted from your damage deposit.

No Pets

We do not allow pets on the property under any circumstances.

No Unregistered Guests

Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the premises.

No visitors or overnight stays.

Any additional guests found to be staying or visiting will result in a charge of £50 per person, per night, which will be deducted from the damage deposit.
