Q: The dates I require are not available. Does this mean I can't book?

A: You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired dates and following the prompts. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. Alternatively please call 07967262652 to enquire and make your booking over the phone.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternatively, you can email us and we can send you a link to make payment online directly through Stripe.

Q: Is there a security deposit?

A: Yes, all properties require a refundable security deposit, which will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damages are found by our housekeeping team. This is to cover the risk of any damage caused during your stay.

Do I have to book for a minimum number of nights?

Yes, we have a minimum number of 2 nights required for each booking

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
